Effective Date: 1 January 2026These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the w444 platform. Please read this document carefully and in full before creating an account or placing any wager. By registering with w444, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these terms.
You must be at least 18 years of age — or the higher minimum required by your jurisdiction — to register and use w444. Registration by minors is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure.
All promotional offers are subject to individual wagering requirements, maximum bet limits during bonus play, game contribution rates and expiry periods. Misuse of bonuses may result in forfeiture and account suspension.
All transactions are processed in PKR where applicable. Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. Processing times vary by payment method and are not guaranteed unless specified by the operator.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. w444 is not liable for losses arising from unauthorised access to an account where the account holder failed to protect their credentials.
Collusion, match-fixing, use of automated betting software, exploitation of software errors and multi-accounting are all strictly prohibited. w444 reserves the right to void bets and close accounts involved in such conduct.
Users may set deposit limits, loss limits, session reminders and request self-exclusion at any time. w444 is committed to providing tools that support responsible play for all users on the platform.
Section 1
These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement" or "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User", "you", or "your") and w444 (hereinafter referred to as "w444", "the Platform", "we", "us", or "our") governing your use of the w444 website accessible at https://w444.cam and all related services, products and features offered therein.
w444 is an independently operated online gaming and sports betting platform. The Platform is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with any Pakistani government body, financial institution, payment service provider or sports organisation. References to payment services such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah within this Platform appear for contextual information purposes only and do not imply that those providers endorse, support or permit gambling transactions.
By accessing the Platform, creating an account or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform.
Section 2
The following definitions apply throughout this Agreement unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

To register for and use an Account on w444, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:
w444 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time, including during the KYC process and upon withdrawal requests. Accounts found to be ineligible — including those registered by minors or through misrepresentation — will be closed immediately and any associated funds may be forfeited in accordance with applicable operator policies.
Section 4
To create an Account, you must provide accurate, current and complete information as requested during the registration process, including a valid email address or mobile number, a secure password and any other details required. You are responsible for ensuring that all registration information remains accurate and up to date throughout the lifetime of your Account. w444 is not liable for any loss or inconvenience caused by your failure to maintain current registration details.
Each individual is permitted to hold only one Account on the Platform. If w444 identifies multiple Accounts held by the same individual — whether under the same name, address, device, IP address or payment method — all duplicate Accounts may be closed and any associated balances may be forfeited. This policy applies regardless of whether the duplicate was created intentionally.
You are solely and entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your password. You must not share your login details with any third party. You agree to notify w444 immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of, or suspect, any unauthorised access to your Account. w444 cannot be held liable for losses or damages arising from your failure to protect your credentials or from unauthorised access where the Account holder failed to exercise reasonable care.
KYC verification is a standard requirement on licensed platforms. w444 may require verification before processing withdrawals, after significant deposits, or at any time in response to regulatory obligations or risk assessment. Typical documents include a valid Pakistani CNIC or passport, proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within 3 months), and in some cases a selfie or liveness check.
Documents must be submitted exclusively through the Platform's secure HTTPS verification portal. You must never alter, obscure, crop or falsify documents submitted for KYC. Submission of fraudulent documents will result in immediate Account closure and may be reported to relevant authorities.
Section 5
Deposits must be made using payment methods currently listed in the Platform's cashier section. The availability of any specific payment method — including familiar Pakistani payment references such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, bank transfers via HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank or Bank Alfalah — is subject to change without prior notice. The listing of payment method names on this Platform for contextual familiarity does not imply that those providers endorse, support or permit gambling-related transactions.
Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per method and are displayed in the cashier. All deposit amounts are displayed in PKR where applicable. w444 does not accept deposits from third-party sources — funds must originate from an account or payment instrument held in your own name.
Withdrawal requests will be processed subject to: (a) completion of KYC verification; (b) no outstanding wagering requirements on the balance being withdrawn; (c) verification that the withdrawal method matches the deposit method used; and (d) internal fraud and AML review as applicable.
Processing times for withdrawals vary by method and are not guaranteed unless specifically stated in the cashier. w444 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal request. Withdrawal requests may be declined or delayed if the Account is under review, subject to investigation, or if applicable compliance checks are pending.
Account balances and transactions are displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) where the Platform supports PKR display. Any currency conversion costs arising from payment processing are the responsibility of the User.
Section 6
All bonus offers made available on the Platform are subject to individual terms and conditions attached to each promotion. By claiming any bonus, you agree to the specific terms of that offer in addition to these general Terms. In the event of a conflict between a specific offer's terms and these Terms, the offer's specific terms shall prevail.
Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (also referred to as rollover requirements) that must be fulfilled before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. For example: a PKR 1,000 bonus with a 30× rollover requires PKR 30,000 in total qualifying wagers before the associated balance becomes withdrawable. Wagering requirements and applicable game contribution rates are specified in each offer's individual terms.
While a bonus is active on your Account, the maximum permitted single bet or stake is limited to the amount specified in the relevant offer's terms. Exceeding this limit — even inadvertently — may result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings. Users are responsible for checking the applicable maximum bet limit before placing wagers during an active bonus period.
All bonuses have an expiry date by which wagering requirements must be completed. Bonuses not utilised, and wagering requirements not met, by the expiry date will be forfeited automatically. w444 is not obligated to issue reminders regarding upcoming bonus expiry.
w444 reserves the right to withhold, void or reclaim bonuses where it determines, in its reasonable discretion, that a User has exploited, misused or abused any promotional offer. This includes, but is not limited to, exploiting bonus terms through low-risk hedging strategies, coordinating with other Users to farm bonuses, or creating multiple Accounts to claim offers more than once.
Section 7
All wagers are subject to acceptance by w444. The Platform reserves the right to decline, limit or void any wager at its discretion, including wagers placed on events where pricing errors have occurred, where integrity concerns exist, or where the wager exceeds applicable stake limits.
A wager may be declared void and the stake returned to the User's Account where: (a) a sporting event is cancelled, abandoned or postponed and not replayed within a defined window; (b) a manifest pricing error is identified; (c) the event does not proceed under the conditions anticipated at the time of betting; or (d) as required under applicable betting rules for the sport in question.
Cricket betting — including PSL, bilateral T20 series, ICC tournaments and domestic competitions — is subject to cricket-specific settlement rules. Markets are settled based on official results as declared by the relevant governing body. In-play markets are subject to delay and may be suspended at any time during live play.
Any dispute relating to wager settlement must be raised with [email protected] within 30 days of the relevant event's settlement date. Disputes raised after this period will not be considered. The Platform's decision in wager disputes, based on its rules and applicable settlement guidelines, is final and binding.
Section 8
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Platform. Engagement in any prohibited conduct may result in Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds and reporting to relevant authorities:

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, software, game content, data compilations and overall design — is the intellectual property of w444 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, reverse engineer, decompile or otherwise exploit any content or software from the Platform without express prior written consent from w444.
Section 10
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, w444, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive or exemplary damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption, arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform.
w444's total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
w444 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. You use the Platform at your own risk.
Section 11
w444 is committed to supporting responsible gambling. The Platform provides deposit limit, loss limit, session time reminder, cooling-off period and self-exclusion tools accessible from within your Account dashboard. These tools are available to all registered Users and are designed to support informed, responsible play.
By using the Platform, you acknowledge and agree that: (a) gambling involves financial risk; (b) past results do not predict future outcomes; (c) the Platform is for entertainment purposes only and is not a source of income; and (d) you will not use borrowed, credit-financed or money required for essential living expenses to fund your gambling activity.

Section 12
w444 operates under licensing jurisdiction applicable to the operator. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the operator's licensing jurisdiction. Any disputes arising under these Terms that cannot be resolved through the Platform's internal dispute resolution process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the applicable licensing jurisdiction.
Pakistani users are reminded that w444 does not hold a gambling licence issued by any Pakistani authority. Use of the Platform by Pakistani residents is governed by Pakistani law as applicable to that individual user. w444 does not make representations as to the legality of online gambling for any particular user in any particular jurisdiction.
Section 13
w444 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, w444 will use reasonable efforts to notify registered Users via the email address on record or through a prominent notice on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The "Effective Date" displayed at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent revision. If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure by contacting support.
Section 14
You may close your Account at any time by contacting the Platform support team at [email protected]. Prior to closure, any pending withdrawals will be processed subject to standard verification requirements. If you are closing your Account for responsible gambling reasons, you are encouraged to use the self-exclusion tool as an alternative to or in conjunction with Account closure.
w444 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account without prior notice where: (a) the User has breached any provision of these Terms; (b) fraud, money laundering or criminal activity is suspected; (c) the User is found to be ineligible at the time of registration or subsequently; or (d) w444 is required to do so by law, regulatory authority or court order.
On termination by w444 for cause, any bonus funds and associated winnings may be forfeited. Real money deposits not subject to bonus restrictions may be returned subject to the outcome of any applicable investigation and applicable verification requirements.
